I am a possibility creator- a life artist who loves movies, music, and global culture and cuisine. Have worked for everything from venture capital to startups to established corporations in IT, Marketing, and Pharmaceuticals before I found my way BACK to recruiting-- a field I left almost 2 decades ago.

I became and advocate for open networking and returned to recruiting out of necessity when as a global Help Desk Manager, I had the duty of laying off 50% of my own staff-- all people I cared about deeply, due to business necessity after 09.11.01. The Helping Friends Career Network was founded in October 2001 to help friends who's lives were dramatically disrupted- our first offering was a global Job Leads Network.

While recently I have been working a good many hours on a brisk business cycle, what never stops is my appreciation and joy for my friends and treasured relationships. In addition to working full time and managing a full time recruiting service, I am the mother of 2 beautiful young children. Kyle is now 8 and Caitlyn turns 3 in June.
