Meeting Ray, Virtually

Today I had the chance to meet Ray, well in the virtual world, but still Ray ;-) From the short conversation we had I can describe him as open-minded and passionate about open networking, something that I think is still missing in Second Life, or haven't discovered it yet. For me it is still a secret - how does he manage to be active in so many online domains?
