I worked in construction for 37 years. I also ran a property management and maintenance business. They both went hand in hand. I really liked what I did for a living. I got to meet new people all the time. I knew an independent lifestyle. I was my own boss. Lots of work. Lots of hours. Materials ordering and delivering, scheduling, showing rentals, paper work, etc. With the construction, part of the time you work, part of the time you don’t. When you don’t work, you don’t get paid. I can only work so many hours, and only earn so much money. I knew one day I’d have to change careers before the heavy labor created any serious health problems. I knew I had to do something else. With the property management and maintenance, that fit into my long range plans. As for my later years, I'd still have to bring in work.
What I've learned:
People are people. They have different personalities, different styles, strengths and weaknesses. They’re some what easy to see or notice. Once I learned these about people my life and relationships changed for the best. I'd be happy to share with you how I've learned this and how it will help you meet and connect with more people. And, certainly your loved ones too.
So now I do Social Networking on the Internet. It’s a lot of fun, I earn an income, and I get to meet a lot of new people.
Looking for
Some one I can trust and work with.
