Quite often I see messages and profiles something like this: '..my
network on LinkedIn is 12 million people!..' Well, on LinkedIn you
need a large network because you can only 'see' and thus 'source'
who is in your network....or so people think. Thus many spend a lot
of time building their network which only helps LinkedIn. Once they
have a large network they discover that it is almost useless. That
is because the only way to contact the sourced person is by email
or by introduction, which (almost) never arrives or never happens.
There is no shame in that, we all had to discover that for
ourselves, including me. Go beyond that by using our networking
toolbar, it includes an uninstaller should you not like it and
naturally is malware free. We get a tiny fee out of advertising
incomes (Google ads) which we re-use for the Open Networkers, so
you will help us as well.
