From quantity to quality
Most online strategies go from 'quantity' to 'quality'. If you are still in the quantity phase you are probably using LinkedIn or other 'ego' oriented portals such as Spock, Naymz, Plaxo etc.
Therefore we have made a Database of networkers that just want to grow their network. Hopefully you will get through this stage as quickly as possible understanding that there is no real Value in quantity networking. Nevertheless LinkedIn e.g., which can be useful to Recruiters, only works with a lot of quantity in your network because you can only can 'see profiles' on LI of people who are in your network.
