How does it work?

A 'CV' is literally something from the Past, it shows your past and thus your experience but not your present passion and that is what the ON is all about. We believe that knowing your networking style and thus knowing the perfect working environment / employer suiting you should be the starting point in discovering new Job-opportunities.

1) Just follow the link to become a featured Jobseeker underneath in order to take a first step into realizing a Job-career matching your personality and passion.

2) Add anything representing your current passion to your Profile (your 'My Page') and don't forget to 'tag' it properly. Adding tags will enable that your profile will be found by just Google-ing online. Naturally your 'My Page' can also be used to add any CV document for old-fashioned Recruiters. You can also add the Box.net file sharing application to share CV documents, videos or presentations to your Profile.
