Helping Friends has one group for twittering job leads and career tips. We have then created feedburner to repurpose the RSS Feed with samples at http://hfcareernetwork.com/jobs4friends.htm.

What we would like to do next is create twitter community groups or combine the feeds of career coach and other recruiting blogworks to create a jobseeker support community. Let us know if you have ideas or would like to explore with us.
